You will need animationshop for this tutorial


 

Open a new blank rasterlayer size : 700x 400 px

Fill with this color : #3c4257, effects, texture effect.... :

Open : hmo_restaurant tube, edit, copy...Close the tube...edit, paste as a new layer... Image resize with  80%...NOT checked for all layers!...
Move down and to left...

Open : isharimal_window tube...edit, copy..close the tube..edit, paste as a new layer... Layers, arrange, mowe down....Now move it down so it's beneath the table...

In your layerpalette : Click on rasterlayer 2. Open : fantasy193 tube...edit, copy..Close the tube...edit, paste as a new layer...image, mirror...move it to the right and slightly down,

In your layerpalette, Click on : rasterlayer1--- effects, texture, blinds  :

Now : Click on -> raster2...adjust, hue&saturation, colorize :
 

effects, 3D effects, dropshadow (Color - white) :

Layers, merge visible...
Activate your text tool... sign your picture...


Image, add border 2 px  : #3c4257
Image, add border 4 px : #c0c0c0
Image, add border 2 px : #3c4257

Activate your magic wand, with these settings :

Click on your grey border...Then go up to effects, Choose: disortion, disaplacement map :

Selections, select none.
activate your freehand tool...Draw like this :

Now.. Rightclick and copy...Go to : animationshop...
 Paste as a new animation, go up to  effects,  insert image effects  :

Go up to Animation.. : cull animation  :

repete cull animation 1 time...minimize the animation...And go back to PSP...

 selections, select none..Rightclick on your picture...copy...Go back to animationshop... paste as a new animation...Then click on : paste after current : 19 times!

Open the animation that you've minimized...Click in frame  1. Press ctrl + A,

ctrl + C...minimize again...

Now click in your 1 frame of the picture. press ctrl + A,

ctrl + E----Move your cursor, so that the image fit's into your picture....Click once when you are satisfied with the position. Save and you're done :-)
