DEMOVERSJON AV PSP XI   HERE 
You will need these filters for this tutorial :
Mezzoforce-Ice and Penta.com

 

1. Open a new blank layer size 600x500 px

2. fill with black (#000000)

3. Open : rw-SunriceUnderTheOak-mist, edit, copy..close the tube, edit, paste as a new layer

4. Image, Resize with 120%...All layers NOT checked.

5. Effects, Plugin, Mezzoforce Ice, Waved Ice... click OK

6. Open : Misted_A_Kiss_In_Paris, edit, copy... Close the tube, edit, paste as a new layer.
Move the tube up and to the left corner

7. Open : mallu.brasil.274, edit, copy, Close the tube, edit paste as a new layer.. Move the tube down and to the right

8. Activate your selection-tool... Choose : custom selection with these settings :

9. Layers, add a new rasterlayer... Fill the selection with this color : #6f0101... In your layerpalette,  Lower the opacity to : 30

10. Effects, plugin, Penta, Jeans--- Click OK... Layers duplicate, Image mirror....

11. Selections, select none.... Activate your magic-wand, Click below the red border,

12. In your layerpalette : Click on Raster2 ( it should turn into blue ) Hit  1 time on Delete... , Now do the same for : Raster4

13. Selections, select none. In your layerpalette click on Copy of Raster5

14. Open : Misted_Exotic_Butterfly, Edit, copy.. Close the tube, edit, paste as a new layer...
Image, Free rotate  :

15. Image, resize with 70%  All layers NOT checked. Repeat resize one more time..Move the tube down to the red border

16. Adjust, hue and saturation, colorize  :

17. Activate your text-tool.. Write your text, and place it on the Red Border.
18. Effects, 3deffect, Innerbevel  :

19. Repeat Innerbevel..

20. Effects, 3deffect, dropshadow  :

21. Repeat dropshadow..but change the settings to this :  - 1  on both places

22. Image,add pictureframe...  :

23. Activate your magic-wand.. Press down your shiftbutton, Keep it pressed down and click on everything that is red in your frame..

24. Effects, plugin, penta, dot and cross-- click OK

25. Add your name..
26. Image, add border, 1px #000000...
Save and you're done with this tutorial :-)
